A day without piano

You know the feeling when u love something, but you cant? For me, I love Piano. A day and a week，a month and even a year without piano. It feel weird. it feel awkward. Now when I start playing the piano back, I wanna cry because all of sudden..I slowly start to forget about everything. I wish I could turn back time and settle everything without getting any pain. I wonder what's going on in my head.

I need to clear my mind, I want to have a relax heart and mind back but it isnt easy anymore. I do recite quran, I feel relax with it but when I think about what's going on in the world. My heart beat so fast, and sometime I get tired to breathe.
